BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Performs administrative work in human resource services functions in the areas of recruitment and talent management.
- Formulates creative and aggressive recruitment strategies/techniques to produce quality applicants.
- Ensures all job vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the standard recruitment period.QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- With at least three (3) years work experience in recruitment
- Work experience in HR will be an advantage.
- With negotiation skills, interviewing skills, & communication skills.
- Can make independent decisions with the scope of assigned function.
- Can relate well with different kinds of people and has keen eyes for details.
- Highly organized, proactive, analytical, customer service-oriented, & has high tolerance for stress.Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday
9:00AM-6:00PM
